Frequently Asked Questions
General
What's included in the Collective Care Plan?
Water chemistry testing and balancing, comprehensive cleaning, basket emptying, equipment inspection, and a digital service report with photos after every visit. Choose daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Every membership starts with a higher-priced Initial Visit, where we fully evaluate your pool's surface, equipment, and water chemistry before regular service begins.
Do you offer one-time or one-off service?
Membership (the Collective Care Plan, including seasonal opening/closing and Green-to-Clean) is members-only. The one exception is Repairs & Renovations — open to any homeowner, member or not.
Do you build new pools?
No — we specialize in maintenance and repairs, not new construction. We do handle renovations like salt system conversions, filter replacements, and leak repairs.
How do I see what happened during my visit?
Every visit is logged in your Service Center account: chemistry readings, chemicals added, photos.
What areas do you serve?
Raleigh, Cary, Wake Forest, and Rolesville, NC, plus Wilmington, NC.
How does billing work?
Billed monthly: a base plan price, plus chemicals used that billing cycle. No long-term contract — cancel anytime before your next billing cycle.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, fully licensed and insured with comprehensive coverage. Our technicians complete extensive on-the-job training plus CPO certification, and we staff CPO instructors on our own team.
Access & Scheduling
Do you service gated or HOA communities?
Yes, including Heritage and Hasentree in Wake Forest. If your community requires gate codes, vendor registration, or HOA approval, let us know at signup and we’ll handle the coordination.
What if I'm not home during my visit?
You don't need to be — photos and notes mean you always know what happened.
The Collective Advantage
